Beetroot Appe is here. They are simple to make and come out really tasty. The beauty is the color of Beetroot which makes these stand out and make them look for beautiful.

Beetroot is packed with essential vitamins and minerals which makes it a great addition into our diet. Beetroot also is rich in dietary fibre and that makes it good for digestion too. Adding beetroot to your diet has many plus so I thought why not to use it in my Appe :)

Remember to add raw beet so you would get nice pink color. This also make it Iron rich and equally tempting to eat. The green chutney made out of Coriander and lemon works as such a great combination.

The Chutney is basically coriander, almonds, green chilli , salt and lemon but you can add anything you feel works for you. Just try to keep it off any packaged sauces or mayo, the reason is it would spoil the health benefits your really want to have from these lovely Beetroot Appe.

Appe is my kind of much loved food, reason is that they are hassel free and require very minimal oil. I sometimes just use a brush to grease the appe pan and then cook in on slow flame. I am not a deep fried food fan, to an extent that I hardly crave for them.
