Cucumber Chutney
Cucumber Chutney is an easy way of adding cucumber in your meals apart from raita and salads. Its healthy and quite refresingly cool for summers.
So here is a cool - cool Cucumber Chutney!
So this is an accidental recipe. I asked my maid to peel cucumber so I can make a salad of choice and she grated it. And since I wasn’t keen for cucumber raita, I thought to try this out instead.
So looked up for some green chillis and coriander and few more add ons and within 5 min was bust clicking pictures of this Cucumber Chutney for my blog. Ofcourse its that quick and quite refreshing for the taste buds.
You can easily team up this Cucumber Chutney with any sandwich or finger food and enjoy the new taste. What’s interesting is that this Cucumber Chutney doesn’t need water cucumber itself has enough water, but you can add incase your coriander is making it too dry. Another thing is since summers are around you can also add raw mango in it and skip lemon and that would add entirely new flavour. I used only what was available in the house and raw mango wasn’t ;)
