And this is what I call as Jaggery and Strawberry Kulfi and this absolutely was loved by everyone who had it. It being guilt free I too tasted it and wondered why I made so less. However while I made this, I couldn’t find my regular moulds of kulfi…but you can try the moulds and love this as much as I did.

I used dehydrated strawberry powder but in this season you can used mango puree too and love it. Trick is used breadcrumbs to make it thick and hence avoid any cooking or cream too. Use your own flavours and sometimes even plain cardamom will work well. So this summer don’t miss to try out this super easy recipe of Jaggery and Strawberry Kulfi.

I would like to call this Jaggery and Strawberry Kulfi, kulfi and not ice-cream because of the texture of the end result. It certainly is 10/10 for a healthy kulfi.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 slices Bread
  • 2 tbsp Organic Jaggery Powder
  • 1 tsp Strawberry Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence

Instructions

    Toast the bread and made crumbs out of it.

    Now add milk , bread , vanilla essence , organic jaggery powder and strawberry powder and blend together.

    Check the consistency and sweetness and then put it into moulds and freeze.
