Jowar Jeera Biscuits are perfect tea time partner. These cookies or biscuits will remind you of cutting chai and a jeera biscuit with it. A perfect combination of sweet and savory these Jowar Jeera Biscuits is a must try. Also because these are gluten free and instead of atta we have use Jowar. Combination of Jowar and Jeera somehow works great. Infact jowar is little dry so using butter here makes more sense over ghee. However you can try with ghee as well.

The good part is that the butter too on this recipe of Jowar Jeera Biscuits is controlled and not overpowering. The reason I enjoy baking cookies at home is that I really know how much of what has been added. My son loved these, though I didn’t expect him too considering these are savory. But then since they are thin and crispy he likes munching on and off and I would suggest you make them thin itself too.

Skip sugar in your tea and instead have one of these Biscuits and enjoy your hot cup is what I would suggest you.
