How did I make Makhana & Banana Chewy Cookies? Are you wondering too?
Well if you have tried my recipes in past, you would know that experimenting is what I love most and I am in constant lookout for recipes which can be healthy for my family and nutritious enough. But also don’t consume much time , yes so this recipe of Makhana & Banana Chewy Cookies is one of such things.
Ofcourse in your mind you need to plan your stuff and ingredients but otherwise it doesn’t take much time. Also most of the time is in the oven so the real work is even less…ha ha that’s what baking is all about..aahh… I meant healthy baking. Also adding banana not just makes the cookie moist and that’s why its soft and chewy but gives a flavour that you would keep having more. Ya that’s the tricky part since the sweetness of this Makhana & Banana Chewy Cookies is so controlled because of the natural sugar in dates and banana that it doesn’t get overwhelming.
Goodness of Makhana / Foxnuts is that they are rich in Calcium and Banana add good amount of Phosphorous too. Oats are rich in Fibre and overall this is great combination for breakfast. A glass of milk and two of these cookies is a perfect combination. If you want you can add chocochips for kids in the cookie dough too and let them have more fun with this Makhana & Banana Chewy Cookies.
