Ingredients

  • 4 Whole wheat bread
  • 1 cup Boiled sweet corn
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp Chopped green chilli
  • 2 tsp Chopped coriander
  • 2 tbsp Dry roasted powdered oats
  • 1 tsp Chat masala
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 Chopped onion

Instructions

    Take a mixer and make a paste of boiled corn , garlic and salt and keep aside.

    Now take a bowl and add oats powder and in that add the corn paste, green chillies, chat masala, cumin powder, coriander and chopped onion and mix well. This would turn into sticky paste.

    Take bread slices and cut into circles with a glass or cookie cutter and then spread the mixture on both the sides of the bread evenly to coat it.

    Heat a pan and smear some oil and grill these till they are crispy on both the sides.
