Paneer Stir Fry is here to make you cooking easy and healthy at the same time. I tried this recipe with my 9 year. We together fixed it because I wanted to engage him along with me. So that allows us to talk a little bit more about his day while I would otherwise not have time.

This plan worked very well. He helped me with quick dicing and then a bit of marination and cooking . All this while we spoke a lot about few things here and there. It’s always fun to involve kids and even though he doesn’t have a natural inclination towards cooking , he never says no to me . Or let me say at least whenever asked to help in kitchen.

This recipe of Paneer Stir Fry can be further enhanced with colourful peppers too but since I didn’t have all of them so just used Capsicum. However I like keeping Paneer as the king while other can be enhancers. Marinating paneer gives a different taste altogether and keeps this whole Paneer Stir Fry nice and succulent too. You can enjoy this with regular rotis or parathas or even with some toast.
