Peas Soup

Try this Peas Soup with so toasted breads or just like than and you would love it. I love lots of garlic in my food, however its your choice how much you want to have it. Hence feel free to adjust the seasonings to its taste.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Peas
- 1 tsp Garlic
- 1/2 cup Onion
- 5-6 Soaked and Peeled Almonds
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Green Coriander Stalks
- 2 cups Vegetable Stock
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1/4 tsp Brown Sugar
Instructions

Heat oil and add bay leaf, saute garlic , coriander stalks and then onions till translucent.

Meanwhile blanch peas and make a paste with almonds, salt and black pepper

Add the peas paste into to onions being cooked and some sugar and mix for another 2-3 min.

Then add veg stock and give it a nice mix.

Sieve it and give a tempering of garlic and serve hot
