Sabudana Mini Dosa is one of the easiest twist you can give to your vrat ka khana. Interestingly, this is rich in protein and calcium and very good as a regular breakfast option too. You would love the flavour which the recipe gives along with all the combinations it has.

This will be soft from inside and hence is even good for toodlers who are just picking on food. So overall a recipe which is lesser work for mums and makes families happy too.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Soaked Sabudana
  • 3 tbsp Makhana Powder
  • 2 tbsp Peanuts
  • 1/2 tsp Green Chilli
  • 1/4 cup Coriander Leaves
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Oil

Instructions

  1. 1

Take a mixer grinder and make a paste out of soaked sabudana, makhana, peanuts, green chilli, coriander, cumin seeds, ginger and salt.

  2. 2

Add 1/2 cup water and make this into paste of thick consistency, similar to that of dosa.

  3. 3

Smear some oil in the dosa pan and pour the mixture and spread it either with held of laddle or just rotating the pan. Do not spread it wider, as Sabudana will otherwise break, it being sticky in its nature.

  4. 4

Be patient and let it cook at the bottom before you flip it on the other side.

  5. 5

Once both the sides are done serve it hot with chutney of your choice and enjoy.
