One of the days when I wanted to prepare and easy peasy recipe of Mushroom, this Tamatar Mushroom Paneer came super handy. Not just it was easy to make but the ingredients used too are mostly available at home and that made the whole process easier. Now I could have added some green bell pepper to give more colours and you can do that but I didn’t have it ta home hence the skip. So adding a green pepper is entirely your choice to make this juicy Tamatar Mushroom Paneer.

Mushrooms are great source of vitamins and they along with protein of paneer make this a great meal all together. And that’s why we bring you the recipe here:

Ingredients

  • 2 cup Mushroom
  • 150 gms Paneer
  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 cup Sliced Onions
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Diced Tomato
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander Stalks
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Kitchen King
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Tomato Sauce

Instructions

    Heat the oil a wok and saute garlic and coriander stalks for a min.

    Add onions and saute it too for a min and then add mushrooms slices and cook for 30 secs.

    Add Paneer dices and mix it gently as it cooks with mushroom and the water it leaves.

    Keep cooking without covering on medium flame for 1 min and then add some sauce and tomato dices.

    Cook this for 2-3 mins and then add salt. black pepper, kitchen king and coriander leaves.

    Once its done and mushroom water has evaporated, switch off the flame and add lemon juice and its ready to be served.
